Feel better in the comfort of your own home. We specialize in care and daily living assistance to an array of individuals. Whether you need daily or weekly assistance due to aging, illness, recovery, or rehabilitation, our care givers will provide an individualized service that you can trust.
Experienced and Supportive
We understand that not one care plan fits all. Daily services can include anything from meal preparation, hygiene, cleaning, and supervision. We will take the time to get to know you and develop an individualized care plan that fits your specific needs.
Experienced Home Health Aids
Companionship is key to a trusted relationship with our caregivers. We not only strive to help you with everyday tasks but want to develop a caring relationship with you. We provide one-on-one attention and care that cannot compare in other settings.
Services
SKILLED SERVICES
Currently, at Sacred Arms Inc. our skilled services can be provided under Medicare, Medicaid and United Health Care.
Skilled services include Nursing, Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. When a client is admitted under the skilled care portion, the need is also assessed for a home health aide by the registered nurse overseeing their care.
NON-SKILLED SERVICES
Non-skilled services are provided through numerous Ohio Medicaid waivers as well as private pay services. These services include personal care, bathing and dressing, as well as homemaking chores: light house-keeping, laundry, meals and errands.
Physical Disability Support
Arthritis, physical disabilities, and age-related conditions are some of the few circumstances that prevent patients from caring for themselves. Our caregivers can assist you with daily tasks such as mobility, eating, exercising, and grooming.
Care for Dementia Patients
Our experienced and highly trained caregivers provide the highest quality home health aide services for both patients and their families. Our goal is to help individuals and their loved ones live happy and fulfilling lives.
About Us
Our Beginnings
- Sacred Arms was started in the mud room of Richard Yarwood's (CEO/Owner) home then soon moved to the basement. After an abundance of growth, Sacred Arms is now serving all of Columbiana, Mahoning, Trumbull, and Portage Counties. Rich started in the healthcare field in 1986 where he met Tammy, his current administrator, and soon realized his passion was in helping to meet individual’s needs. Soon after, he became an STNA and started the Home Health Care field in 1991. Rich went independent in 1997 working in client residences and learning more about the business aspect of Home Health. After completing a vocational degree in business, Sacred Arms was officially established May 31st, 2001. Rich has also extended his ability to care for the community by graduating from nursing school in July of 2013 and receiving his registered Nursing License on February 13th, 2014. Rich is currently certified in advanced cardio life support and pediatric advanced cardio life support
